The proposed refurbishment design aims to transform the existing property into a modern, luxurious oasis while maintaining its original character. The design will incorporate lush greenery   to create a tranquil and calming atmosphere, while also incorporating modern hardscaping features such as pavers and water features. The design will also include functional outdoor  spaces, such as a pool area, sun loungers, outdoor theater, courtyard, and outdoor seating areas, to provide guests a comfortable retreat that appeals to both  business and leisure travelers, while also enhancing the overall experience.
