Our journey began in 2012 as an internal department within Proscape, where we built a strong foundation through years of technical expertise and hands-on experience. In 2024, we evolved into a standalone entity, UDLA – marking a new chapter driven by a refined vision and a commitment to shaping the future of landscape design in the region.

Ahmad A. R. Anoohi
Chairman
Our Chairman, Mr. Ahmad Anoohi is guided by the belief that well-designed landscapes can transform how people live and connect. He is a qualified Irrigation and Agricultural Engineer from the University of Arizona, Tucson, USA. With decades of experience in the industry, he co-founded Proscape LLC in 2000, laying the foundation for what later evolved into UDLA in 2024. His vision has always been to create landscapes that respect nature, serve people, and add lasting value. Today, he continues to lead UDLA’s growth across the GCC with a focus on quality, sustainability, and meaningful design.
Naser M. Ahmed
Group CEO
UDLA is led by a passion for excellence in landscape design, guided by our CEO, Mr. Naser Ahmed, a qualified Civil Engineer with over forty years of experience in the landscape industry. Before co-founding Proscape LLC in 2000, he served as Head of Landscaping and Irrigation at the Engineer’s Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai. His career is marked by major contributions to the development of iconic landscapes across the region. Today, he continues to drive UDLA forward with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and creating landscapes that leave a lasting impact.

Director
UDLA’s design vision is led by our Director, Mr. Nader Bisada, a renowned Landscape Architect with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has worked on a wide range of projects of varying scale and type, with expertise spanning landscape design, masterplanning, urban design, supervision, and execution. A competition-winning designer, he is known for his ability to take projects from concept to on-site completion with clarity and precision.
As the head of the office and principal landscape architect, he continues to shape UDLA’s creative direction through thoughtful design, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of space.
