In the aftermath of the 2008β2010 global recession, we recognized the urgent need to optimize costs and reduce project timelines to remain competitive in a market under pressure. Clients were seeking the best value for their investment, and adaptation was essential. This led to the development of a Design & Build business model, which we introduced despite initial challenges. Over time, it gained the trust and confidence of clients, becoming a cornerstone of our success. After more than a decade of successful operations through various entities under Tanseeq Investment Group, we made the strategic decision to establish an independent entity focused exclusively on providing design services. This allows our clients the flexibility to choose between standalone design services or an integrated Design & Build solution.
In January 2025, we formally launched Urban Design and Landscape Architecture (UDLA) as a standalone company under the leadership of Mr. Nader Bisada. The official inauguration took place on 21st March 2025, in the presence of our Chairman, Mr. Ahmad Abdul Rahim Anoohi, who extended his best wishes for the success of this new venture.
